Chapter 40: The forest of wisdom(part 1)

Back at the village, Lucid and Lilith did a final check on the visitors' supplies for the journey ahead...

Lucid: Is everything there?
Lilith: Let me check... We got weapons, food, some stronger crafting materials, and some other stuff....
Lucid: Good... What about potions?
Lilith: Potions are here, I've also have some materials incase we need to make more potions...
Lucid: Anything else?
Lilith: None. Except of course for the other stuff the other guys need...
Lucid: Well, I hope they could find what they need in a rapid pace... We're planning to leave by noon...
Lilith: Yeah.. i hope they do this fast...

Meanwhile, Maru, Moro and Sugar went to the town market to get some food...

Maru: Talk about complexities... This market is huge and confusing!
Moro: Not to mention, filthy and smelly.. ewww!
Maru: Yeah.. But they say the cheapest food can be found here....
Sugar: Now now, we cant just judge the place by it's looks, we might find something useful here...
Moro: I suppose... look! food!
Maru: How much is it?
Vendor: 24 gold pieces!
Maru: Hey, it is cheap!
Moro: I agree! Let's go do some shopping!
Sugar: Yeah!

As Maru, Moro and Sugar did their shopping frenzy, Kirnale, Eriol, Namiele, Elysia and Larg are at a nearby cafe, discussing about the ikaness order...

Eriol: You mean to say that Ikaness is not directly controlled by the Goddess?
Elysia: Probably.. After all, they're just mindless slaves to the Goddess.
Larg: Yeah... They still have their free will, although it is warped and twisted...
Namiele: I suppose...
Kirnale: But how does that explain what happened in the battle a few days ago?
Larg: Simple. They're just following orders... Apparently, someone who was influenced and assigned by the Dark Goddess to plan this commanded them to...
Kirnale: I suppose, but does that mean the Goddess interfered?
Elysia: Possible, but I dont think she can interfere directly....
Namiele: Perhaps... But are you saying there is someone who is linked to the dark goddess is behind the attacks?
Eriol: It's possible of course...
Kirnale: But we cant be certain...
Larg: Oh no! It's almost noon!
Elysia: Let's go meet up Lucid outside town!

Soon, the rest of the visitors met up with Lucid and Lilith outside the town...

Lucid: Where have you been guys?
Maru and Moro: Shopping!
Lilith: That explains the bags of food.... how about you, Elysia and friends?
Elysia: A cafe... We needed some relaxing moments of course...

Soon, Spinel arrived holding a tome...

Spinel: I wish you farewell in your journey... Take this.. It's a tome that contains secrets about the other places in the realm...
Lucid: Thanks...
Spinel: Oh yeah... I saw a dream last night... You must meet up with the God Junon at the forest of wisdom, near the great tree of wisdom...
Lilith: Really?
Spinel: Yes. Now go! Time is not at your side!
Lucid: Alright. Farewell then!
All: Bye!

And so the visitors left, in search for a solution to end the problems in the realm of Junon....

Chapter 39: The god of adventure

As the Visitors prepared themselves for their long journey ahead... In the realm of the Gods, Paradise... the Gods and Demigods are having a dilemma over what should they do about the devil pest in the other areas...

Eldeon: This is too much! We cant wait for the visitors to come to each and every planet to stop the devil pest!
Karkia: (Wears mask of anger)the pace of the visitors is too slow! We cant wait for long!
Ska: I know they may seem slow, but I know they are on the right track.
Orlo: So what?! They're being slow and all! I know slow and steady is better than rushed work, but we no longer have the luxury of time! If they keep this pace up, most of the planets will be in ruin!
Eldeon: I agree. If they keep on moving slowly... Then we'll all be doomed. oh yeah, thats one of those times that your'e serious orlo..
Orlo: Thanks well- Wait a minute! is that an insult?!
Eldeon: No, but being the noob that you are, you'll probably misunderstand me.
Orlo: Stop doing that!
Phage: My lords! Enough! We cant waste time arguing about this!
Lilith(Demigod): She's right! We must find a way to help the visitors on their journey...
Karkia: But how should we?! We cant directly interfere after all...
Lilith(Demigod): We can use the fairies..
Eldeon: Salt and Pepper are busy helping Altana on Luna. Sugar is with the visitors.
Phage: Well, we need other ways-
Junon: I'll come.

As soon as they heard Junon's voice, the Gods looked behind. Junon was fully equipped and ready to go.

Junon: My wife was kind enough to prepare me to help the visitors, and I shall guide them and aide them in their battles.
Eldeon: You cant be serious! our powers have not yet recovered, and you want to help them?! That's suicide!
Karkia: Yeah.., Much of our power is nearly gone! And the pillar of light is about to totally fade!
Junon: Yes. But I must go. They need my help.
Orlo: What are you saying?! isn't Lucid's weapon in the gorge enough?!
Junon: It isnt. They minions of Hebarn are getting stronger by the second and they need all the help they can get!
Ska: I fear for you safety father.
Junon: I know my child. But this is for everyone's sake. Should I fall, continue the fight for me.
Ska: Fatehr... I... Very well then.
Orlo: But milord-
Yuuko: Let him be.

Soon, Yuuko came out of a portal from the ceiling.

Yuuko: Surprised to see me again?
Junon: Not that surprised.
Phage: What do you want?
Lilith(Demigod): State your concerns!
Yuuko: I'm just here to spectate as well. I know my student is doing her best in doing what is right.
Eldeon: They all are fighting for what is right!
Yuuko: Are you sure what they fight for is the right thing?
Orlo: Hoe can it be? Of course it's correct!
Yuuko: But how can you be certain? Nothing is sure in this world. whats right for one person is wrong for another. Everyone or even everything has it's own point of view after all....
Junon: I suppose... But still, I'll help them for it is right.
Yuuko: Very well then. do what you must.
Orlo: But-
Yuuko: Dont interfere! that's his decision. He is the God of adventure after all...
Eldeon: VEry well then. Good luck.
Ska: Yes. please come back safely...
Junon: I will. And shall bring good news as well!
Phage: Farewell then!
Lilith(Demigod): Farewell...

soon, Junon descended to the city where the visitors are. Meanwhile, Yuuko approached Ska...

Yuuko: Ska.. You know your father is quite brave...
Ska: Yeah.. He cares so much for the visitors and the nomads...
Yuuko: However, his actions might even be the death of him..
Ska: What do you mean?!
Yuuko: If he does one wrong move, then it's game over.
Ska: Oh no...
yuuko: But dont worry, I'm sure everyone will be able to survive the chaos ahead...
Ska: I hope so...
Yuuko: Good. Let's go and see what happens next.

Chapter 38: Tales of the oppressed

The next day, Lucid and the other visitors quickly rushed to the house of Spinel, the village chief, to know more about the truth behind these recent attacks...

Kirnale: Sir Spinel! We have arrived!
Lucid: Yes... We have come to hear your tale!
Namiele: Anybody here?!
Larg: He must be still sleeping....
Eriol: Maybe...

Soon, spinel arrived with some village guards... And he has a book in his hand...

Spinel: Greetings, dear friends.
Elysia: What is that book?
Spinel: It's the book of memoirs of our town.
Lilith: That book contains all of the information about the history of the town?
Spinel: Yes. We once started out as a band of nomads before we found this place... We saw the Goddess Arua along side Ska and Eldeon in this place... They then blessed us and we stay here as a tribute to the Gods.
Maru and Moro: Ooooohhh... Very interesting...
Elysia: That's nice..
Sugar: But what about Ikaness? Who are they?
Larg: And why did they atatck you?
Lucid: Is Hebarn Involved?

A long silence followed... Then Spinel sat down and opened the book...

Spinel: Listen to me... Before you gusy even came to this place this town was a already under attack by some minions of Hebarn. You know about the incident at the El Renda Desrt, right?
Lucid: Not yet. What happened?
Elysia: hmmm... I kinda heard of it from the villagers at the canyon village...
Kirnale: What is it?
Elysia: Apparently, the goddes Hebarn corrupted the desert using the devil pest, the town was destroyed and everything there became hebarn's slaves.
Namiele: Oh no...
Spinel: Those creatures attacked our village. Then, some of our bravest warriors attacked the desert, but they too we're corrupted just outside the entrance.
Maru: Thus the ikaness Order...
Moro: Hebarn is so cruel!
Eriol: Not only that, she might be using the desert as a base!
Lucid: We must stop her!
Spinel: Not yet! The God Junon has sent a weapon that might save us from their wrath!
Lucid: Where can we find it?
Spinel: At the gorge of Silence. But beware! The golems and the Worm Dragons are goind berserk nowadays!
Kirnale: Don't worry, we can handle it!
Lucid: Yeah!
Spinel: Very well then... You must set off tomorrow... For now you must stay here and enjoy yourselves...
Lilith: Ok...

Soon, the visitors left, and they prepared themselves for the journey ahead...

Chapter 37: The Interrrupted Party (Part 2)

Soon, the forces of Ikaness have reached the edge of the moat that separates the town from the mainland. Soon, the commander started taunting Spinel:

Ikaness Commander: Hey, you nomads! Better come out of there! Surrender now or die!
Spinel: No way! We shall never let ourselves be controlled by freaks like you!
Ikaness Commander: We serve only the dark goddess! We dont need your petty threats!
Spinel: Oh really now? Attack!

Soon, the town guard fired arrows on the Ikaness Guard, and several of the soldiers are hit. This enraged the commander.

Ikaness Commander: Fools! Now you have pushed the line! Charge!
Town Guard: Oh no! Here they come!
Elysia: Let us handle these mongrels.
Namiele: They'll be a piece of Cake.
Eriol: Yep. Leave everything to us. Firegon, descend!
Elysia: Yeah... We can handle em. (Cats meteor storm)
Namiele: Yep. They shall feel the burn! Hell fire!

Elysia, Namiele and Eriol have started destroying the enemies who are trying to cross the bridges into the town... Soon, Kirnale and Lilith are on the gate, shoots opponents.

Lilith: Hey! Save some for us!
Kirnale: Yeah! My arrows will not be wasted on this!
Lilith: So will my bullets!
Kirnale: Lilith, you and I should stay here on top... We need as much ranged attckers as possible.
Lilith: Alright, let me use my sniper rifle.

Meanwhile, as the defenders at the walls are successfully holding their ground, Lucid, Larg, Maru and Moro are fighting at the bridge.

Larg: Puu!!! I'll get full after this!
Maru: Mokona looks so cute whenever he's eating!
Moro: So kawaii....
Maru and Moro: Hiyeeee.... Kawaii desu....
Lucid: Hey! Little help here!
Moro: Oh! Sorry...
Maru: Very sorry...
Larg: Let's go kick some butt!

Soon, the battle was over and the ikaness has started to fall back... Battered and unwilling to fight.

Ikaness Commander: We'll be back! you'll see!
Lucid: And we'll be waiting!
Spinel: Thanks for helping us save the town. We owe you a lot.
Kirnale: No prob..
Eriol: Yeah... But tell us.. Why are these villagers corrupt?
Elysia: And where did they come from?
Spinel: I'll tell all these things later... at my house. You should take some rest...
Lilith: I agree... Me thinks we should rest for a while.
Lucid: But we must be cautious at the same time aware... We may never know when will the Ikaness order shall strike...

and so, the visitors rested... Tomorrow, everything about the recent attack will be revealed....

Chapter 36: The interrupted party (Part 1)

Soon, the visitors have reached the village where the rescued hostages lived.. One of the nomads saw them and went immediately to their village chief, Spinel.

Nomad: Milord, the hostages have returned!
Spinel: Really now?!
Nomad: Yes! And they have some guests as well!
Spinel: They must be the heroes that the goddess promised us! Quickly call on all the villagers! We must greet them!

And thus, the Spinel, as well as his guards and a large crowd of people went to the entrance of the town... As Lucid and the others approached the town, they saw the crowd, cheering for them...

Lucid: Wow.. I didnt expect this...
Hostage 1: That's just normal, whenever someone comes back from a long journey, people greet them and start a feast in honor of Junon...
Hostage 2: It's a tradition in our village of course...
Lilith: So does that mean, you guys also worship all the gods?
Hostage 1: Not all... We only focus on our main deities and thats Arua and Junon.
Kirnale: Oh I see...
Elysia: Interesting... It seems you are also aware of the existance of the Gods...
Hostage 2: you can say that...
Sugar: They are made by the Gods as well...
Namiele: Yes... They have a special part to play in the world... Same is true for us...

Soon, they reached the entrance and the whole crowd cheered on. Maru and Moro are easily overjoyed by the reaction!

Maru and Moro: We're famous! we're famous!
Eriol: hehe... right...
Lilith: Well good things happen to good people...

Soon, spinel approached the visitors....

Spinel: welcome to our village! I heard you rescued some of our citizens, right?
Lucid: yeah... But it was a tough fight...
MAru: Yeah... The aqua king was quick...
Eriol: But we managed to save them...
Spinel: Well, save your stories for later, for now, we must feast!
Crowd: Yeah!!!

The crowd cheered on and the festivities have begun.. The feast lasted for 5 days and 4 nights... on the 5th day however, all was well, until...

Spinel: hahaha! You gusy did a remarkable job!
Elysia: Thanks...
Larg: It's well worth it!
Moro: We're happy to be of service.
Lucid: Yeah.. We wish to help those who support the Goddess..
Spinel: That's very kind of you to-
Nomad: Milord! An army of dark soldiers are coming towards the town!

soon, Spinel and the visitors went to one of the towers surrounding the city, there they saw a large army heading straight towards the village entrance...

Spinel: This is not good...
Lucid: Why is it?
Spinel: The Ikaness order...
Elysia: Who are they?
Spinel: I'll shall tell you all later.. For now we must prepare ourselves... A battle is about to begin.

That being said, the visitors as well as the nomad defenders prepared themselves to defend the village from the forces of Ikaness...

Chapter 35: Terror of the lake (Part 4)

Soon, they saw the aqua king jumping near Lucid.. Lucid escaped the attack and was able to recover, but then after all the taunting, the Aqua King did the first move.

Kirnale: He's too fast!
Maru: Look, above!
Lilith: He's so fast! Everyone! Scatter!

And so they did. The aqua king was too fast for them, that they cant even cope up with him... Soon, Maru had quite enough of this...

Maru: That's it, now I'm angry! Hey, noob!
Aqua King: Who you calling noob, (censored)
Maru: Yeah, you giant fish!
Aqua King: Insult me again and you'll gonna pay!
Maru: Let's see about it!
Moro: Wait! You cant handle him by yourself sister!
Maru: But my speed is enough to even the odds!
Kirnale: I'll help.
Maru: Good. We need fast people to kill this beast...
Lucid: Are you sure?
Maru: Of course!
Elysia: Alright, me, eriol and Namiele will back you up.
Maru: Thanks. Alright Kirnale, let's go!
Kirnale: Alright!
Aqua King: Enough talk! Let's fight!

Soon, Maru and Kirnale fought the aqua king with all their speed... But as it turns out, the aqua king was too strong for them to handle, soon, they got tired and all of the visitors are really battered and weak...

Aqua King: This is what you get for messing with me!
Elysia: I don't think so... NOW!
Namiele: Right!
Eriol: Ok!

Soon, a shining ritual circle appeared, then Larg's blue orb on his forehead shined... Soon, a ring of light surrounds the Aqua King

Aqua King: What is this?!
Elysia: Seal evfil. This wil trap you forever inside a stone.
Aqua King: Curse you!!!

And with that, the Aqua King was sealed inside the rock. Lucid and Lilith approached the hostages..

Hostage 1: Thank you for saving us!
Hostage 2: We knew people like you exist!
Lilith: It was nothing.

Soon, the cave suddenly started to shake... And the visitors are getting worried...

Sugar: Let's get out of here! We cant stay for too long!
Lucid: Right, let's go!
Elysia: I'll make the portal! (Portal opens) Quick! Everyone let's go!

Soon, they got out, and they saw the cave collapsing. It was already nightfall, and the visitors are tired...

Maru: That was a tough day...
Eriol: Yeah.. Let's rest for a while...
Hostage 1: You can rest on our village!
Hostage 2: Yes... The villagers will hold a great feast in your honor!
Lucid: Yeah.. Let's go there now!
All: Right!

Soon, they packed their bags and left to the village, which in the future, will be the site of the future city of Junon-Polis...

Chapter 34: Terror of the lake (Part 3)

As the visitors made their way into the lair behind the waterfall, Sugar and Elysia noticed something strange within the walls...

Sugar: Strange.. There are markings...
Elysia: Yes.. It appears to be some sort of ancient text...
Sugar: could that be partof the history of the aquas?
Elysia: Yes.. but we have no time to study this... Right now we must save those hostages....

And so, the visitors mvoed on, meanwhile at the Aqua king's lair, all was silent.. Then the aqua king stood up from his throne...

Aqua King: grr... those pathetic visitors... Soon, they willfeel the wrath of the great aqua king!
Aqua Captain: Sir, we have assembled the elite guard outside your lair!
Aqua King: Good, I hope they can withstand the might of those visitors, if not, they shall fight me!
Aqua Captain: We shall do our best sir!

Soon, the visitors arrived at the great door that leads into the aqua kings lair, but then... They stumbled upon the elite guard, the best of the Aqua forces.

Aqua Captain: Fools! you cannot pass through here! You'll have to fight us if you want to get through!
Lucid: Says who?!
Kirnale: Yeah! Who do you think you are?!
Aqua Captain: We are servants of the Aqua king! Knights of the Dark Goddess! We serve them both and we shall crush you!
Maru and Moro: Oh yeah? Try and fight us!
Lilith: Very well then, if you're persistent to fight, then die!

Soon, Lilith shoots her shotgun to the forehead of one of the Aqua guards. This enraged the captain.

Aqua Captain: That's it! Alright boys! Attack!!!!
Eriol: Finally some action! Firegon!

Eriol's firegon then appears and starts decimating the army... Soon, the others joined in the battle, and when all is said and done, the visitors are victorious.

Lucid: That was rough..
Eriol: Yeah.. But my firegon was having a good time. XD
Elysia: Time is of the essence! Let's go!

And so they opened the gates, and entered, they found the hostages, but no aqua king...

Lucid: BE cautious... He might be hiding somewhere...
Kirnale: Yes... Wait, above you, Lucid!

Soon, Lucid looked above and saw the enormous aqua king doing a dive attack, he dodged it and the aqua king appeared from the dust.

Aqua King: Hahaha! Now are you still willing to fight me now?

The vivistors are really intimidated by the aqua king's message, but Kirnale stepped up.

Kirnale: We're not afraid of you! We can take you on!
Aqua King: We'll see about that!

and so, the fight between the visitors and the great aqua king is about to begin....

Chapter 33: Terror of the lake (Part 2)

Meanwhile at the lair of the Aqua King, the hostages are starting to become noisy, and the aquas are getting annoyed...

Hostage 1: Hey! We'll get revenge on you!
Hostage 2: As soon as the tribe hears about this, we shall destroy each and everyone of you!
Aqua Guard: Silence! your doom is inevitable! You shall be sacrificed for the dark goddess!
Aqua Swordsman: Yes! Now shut up and be quiet! your death will be beneficial to our goddess!
Hostage 1: Just you wait! Right now, an army is coming to help us!
Aqua Guard: Ha! What army? Your soldiers cant even beat us! We're too many for you to handle!

But just as the quarrel gets intense, the Aqua King entered, looking eagerly pleased...

Aqua King: Haha! 8 unlucky travelers are gonna try to defy us!
Aqua Captain: Ha! 8 unlucky guests? How stupid! We can handle an army, but 8 travelers? that's too easy!
Aqua guard: Should we assemble the guard?
Aqua King: Yes. Send out every last one! We shall destroy them with ease!
Aqua Captain: Yes!
Aqua guard: Yes, milord!

Soon, the Aqua army assembled themselves outside the waterfall, and soon when the visitors arrived, they saw the army just waiting for them to attack.

Lucid: That's a larger army...
Maru: This is not like the Pomic army..
Moro: I agree... this might be a challenge...
Lilith: The last army is too much, but this is impossible!
Kirnale: Well then.. there's one way to find out!

Kirnale shoots an arrow to one of the Aqua soldiers, he was killed instantly for he was hit pointblank at the head. Soon the soldiers are enraged.

Aqua Guard: Hey! Wanna die?
Kirnale: Bring it on!
Aqua Captain: Alright then! you'll regert this! Attack!

soon, the battle begun and at first, the battle is in favor of the Aquas, but then.. Elysia, Larg, Eriol and Namiele started to attack..

Elysia: I've got enough mana now.
Namiele: Same here!
Eriol: My summons are ready!
Larg: My stomach is ready!
Elysia: Alright! Let's pawn their butts!

Soon, Elysia and Namiele lead the counteroffensive and obliderated half of the army with their most powerful spells... Soon, Eriol started buffing the other visitors and used his summons to wipe out any remanants.. mokona started Eating the corpses to clean the battlefield...

Lucid: that's too easy...
Elysia: Yeah.. But let's move on!
Kirnale: We have little time to lose! Let's go!
All: Right!

And so they moved on... knowing that the aqua King is a foes not to be messed with....

Chapter 32: Terror of the lake (Part 1))

At last. the visitors have entered the Lake of anima, they soon felt the fresh air flowing through them... They quickly set up a small camp near the lake shore... During the night, the visitors quickly assess their view on the area..

Kirnale: The lake is beautiful...
Lucid: Yes.. It's crystal clear...
Maru: I can see my face!
Moro: Me too!!
Namiele: And the air is so fresh... you can almost smell a bunch of flowers froma mile away...
Eriol: It feels like heaven here....
Lilith: It's a really beautiful sight...
Lucid: Yeah.. most especially at night...
Lilith: This place feels like a perfect place...
Namiele: I wanna stay here for life...
Kirnale: Me too, but we have a mission...
Namiele: Oh yeah...
Lucid: Right. Tomorrow, let's move on!
All: Right!

While the visitors are busy talking about the wonders of the lake, Elysia Stares blankly at the night sky, staring at the planet Luna... Larg notices this and asks the mistress...

Larg: Whats Wrong?
Elysia: I dunno... I know in my own world I'm attracted to the moon, but even though I far away from there, I can still see it...
Larg: Maybe it produces the same energy as the moon?
Elysia: Perhaps... Maybe that's a planet that has lots of magic...
Larg: Yeah... From the look of that planet, it seems it does produce the same amount of magic the moon does...
elysia: Perhaps you're right...
Larg: Maybe.. Yawn.. Let's get some sleep...
Elysia: Right. See you in the morning then...
Larg: good night. ^_^

The next day, the visitors are suddenly awakened by a loud scream..

Voice: Help! Help! The aquas are attacking!
Lucid: Look! Over there!

the visitors saw a group of nomads being attacked by Aquas

Aqua guard: We need blood as sacrifice! you must die!
Nomad: Help! Help!
Lilith: We've gotta do something.
Maru and Moro: We'll handle it!

Maru and Moro started attacking the mob of aquas, soon, they are seen going back into the lake.

Aqua Guard: We'll be back! We shall complete our sacrifice!
Maru: Are you alright?
Nomad: Yes... We're fine... But some of our relatives are captured!
Moro: Where are they held?
Nomad: at the waterfall, where the Aqua King lives...
Lucid: Aqua King?
Nomad: Please don't go there! He's a very dangerous creature! none has ever survived his wrath!
Lilith: We can handle it.
Kirnale: We've faced much worse than that.
Namiele: But I hope we can save those people...
Elysia: Yes. We should get ready.
Lucid: Right. Dont worry, we'll save your relatives.
Eriol: Yeah.. And we'll slaughter the Aqua king for you.
Nomad: Thank you! Please, do hurry, their rituals always begin at sundown!
Kirnale: Thank you for the information.. let's go!
All: Right!

And so, then went into the depths of the lake, heading straight into the great waterfall, where the Aqua king and his minions made their lair....

Chapter 31: Ikaness is born

Little did the visitors know that, aside from the Gods, Hebarn and her dark minions are watching their moves very carefully.... As Hector and Medusa went back to her dark Castle, Hebarn was reallt furious about what is happening right now...

Hector: Milady! We have arrived as soon as we heard your-
Hebarn: silence!

Using her magic , Hebarn pushed the duo back into a wall and applied excessive amounts of force onto the two.

Medusa: We're sorry!!!
Hector: forgive us! We have underestimated their abilities!!!
Hebarn: Underestimated?! they're nothing but filthy weak creatures! How can I expect great things from you?!
Medusa: Their power is stronger than we've expected...
Hector: It'll only be a matter of time before they become strong enough to destroy us!
Hebarn: Then you must sto them at all costs!
Medusa: Maybe it's because of that dimensional witch that the company has?
Hebarn: No. I dont think that's the case.
Hector: But still, If we cant find a way to fight those-
Hebarn: Yes, we can! The only question is how...
Hector: We can try, more creeps...
Medusa: Yeah.. but the time it takes to make more would be longer.. And by the time we are finished, they've become much more stronger!
Hebarn: enough of this! Let's just use the devil pest then.... Hector, Medusa, mix all the vials that contain the different strains of the Devil Pest. We will need all of it.

the 2 minions then did what the Goddess asked, and they created a ultimate strain.. One which will ultimately create the strongest of Hebarn's beasts..

Hebarn: with this strain none shall stand before us!
Hector: Yes... But we need to test it...
Medusa: Look! At the orb!

the all looked at the orb.. They saw a group of nomads teaming up...

Leader: We must fight the evil goddess!
Guardian: But she is too strong for us!
Leader: But we must fight otherwise all will be lost! Are you all with me?!
All: Yeah!

Hebarn, Hector and Medusa looked at each other... Then Medusa have thought of an idea...

Medusa: Hmmm... Conspiracy eh... Let's test it on them!
Hector: Good Idea!
Hebarn: Yes... I'll personally bring the strain to them myself!

Soon, Hebarn came to the nomads... When she came down, black clouds appeared and lightning shocked the place...

Leader: We are never afraid of you!
Hebarn: Let's see about that!
Leader: CHARGE!!!!!
Hebarn: you can't beat me that easily...

Soon, Hebarn used only little of her energy, but it was enough to annihilate most of the nomad armies... The remaining soldiers, wounded and easily beaten are cornered by the Goddess...

Hebarn: Ha! Never mess with me! Now be cursed by the devil Pest!

Soon, she used the devil Pest against the remaining nomads and they quickly became possessed... soon, they started following Hebarn's command.

Follower: What is your wish?
Hebarn: Spread across the realm, and spread my word of chaos! With you in my dark ranks, we shall rule this realm!!!!! (Evil Laugh)

and then, Hebarn vanished, leaving behind the group of dark cultists who later will eventually become, the Ikaness Order.

Chapter 30: Visitors in the Desert (Part 6)

As the great battle between the Golem and the visitors came to a climax, a portal appeared and bolts of fire hit the golem. The golem was pushed backward, and from the portal, 4 figures came out. It was none other then Elysia, Larg, Namiele and Moro. The Visitors are amazed by their entrance

Lucid: Wow... You're always making a name for yourself Elysia.
Elysia: It wasnt me. It was Namiele. I taught her the secret of portal making.
Kirnale: That takes a lot of energy...
Namiele: Yeah... good thing Moro had lots of Mana Potions..
Moro: Hehehe... Better to be prepared than be dead.
Eriol: but it does take lots of mana right?
Namiele: Yeah.. Lots. But I'll be fine. for now we have a stone Golem to pawn.
Elysia: Shall we?
Namiele: With pleasure.

And so the two mages approached the Golem. And the Golem swinged it's arms to the duo. The duo dodged the attack and starts charging their energy.

Elysia: This is of earth. Pure magic cant destroy it alone.
Namiele: What about fire?
Elysia: Only at high temperatures.
Namiele: We need to find a way to slow down the enemy-
Elysia: That's it! Ice!
Namiele: Ice? Of course! We'll use ice spells to slow down the enemy, then fire spells to burn it down!
Elysia: Good! While we slow it down the rest of you guys, better prepare your weapons! Once I give the signal, you guys charge and pawn his butt! Ready?
All: Yeah!

And so, elysia and Namiele used their ice and fire spells to burn and slow down the enemy. When the golem is nearly frozen in flame and dry ice, Elysia gave the signal.

Elysia: now! Strike and fight well, brave visitors!

And so, with Elysia and Namiele's help, they managed to beat the Golem and save the hostages. As they went out of the pyramid, Namiele and Eriol talked to the hostages...

Eriol: Tell us, what are your names?
Flay: I'm flay, and this is my daughter, Rika.
Rika: Hi... where's my sister?
Namiele: Back at the village.
Rika: oh boy! I can't wait to see her!
Namiele: I cant wait to go back to the village!
Eriol: yeah... Let's hurry back!

And so, the visitors together with Elysia went back to the village, and they saw the vilage is being rebuilt. They went into the chieftain's house and there, they saw Rissa.

Rika: Sister!
Flay: Rissa!
Rissa: Sister! Mother! you came back!
Ned: together at last... Thank you great visitors... you saved our village and save their lvies. our village is forever in debt to you...
Lucid: Ah heck.. It was nothing..
Kirnale: We're just doing our job... ^^
Ned: And for that we'll hold a feast! Free food and drinks for everyone!!!
Maru and Moro: Party! Party! We're gonna haev a party!!!
Eriol: awww shucks....
Lilith: We dont need a party...
Ned: We insist! Please! Let us hold a feast in your honor!
Namiele: What do you think, Lucid?
Lucid: hmmm... Alright then. Let's paaaaaaarrrrrrttttttttttteeeeeeeeyyyy!!!!!
All: All day and all night!

And so the visitors and the villager partied on for 3 straight days... Afterwards, the visitors prepared to leave...

Rissa: Are you sure you wish to leave?
Namiele: yes.
Maru: We have a mission.
Moro: To save this Land.
Lilith: We wish to destroy the evil Goddess
Kirnale: And return peace into this realm.
Eriol: That's is our purpose.
Lucid: And we must keep on moving....

And then Elysia approached the visitors...

Elysia: I'll join you in your quest.
Larg: Me too!
Lucid: Well, people are welcome to join us anyway. So.. The more the merrier!

Then, Ned approached the visitors...

Ned: Are you sure you dont want to stay?
Elysia: yes.. We have a mission to fulfill.
Ned: Take this. It's the artifact of our village.

The visitors are stunned to see the artifact. It was a gem.

Kirnale: A Gem?
Eriol: It's not just any other gem..
Ned: It allows the user to summon elementals. Powerful beasts that can unleash unspoken wrath towards all who fight it.
Eriol: I'll keep it.
Elysia: Good choice. you'll need it in the future.
Ned: Make sure it doesnt fall into the wrong hands. now be careful on your trip!
Lucid: Yes. Farewell!
Maru and Moro: Byebye!
Larg: Byee!
Rissa: I hope we meet again!
Ned: See you around, great heroes...

And so, the visitors continued their Journey as they head into the mysterious anima lake.... home of the feared aqua tribe...

Chapter 29: Visitors in the Desert (Part 5)

As the visitors approached the pyramid, the Crack Captain, Hector and Medusa finalize their plans to destroy the visitors...

Crack Captain: Is everything ready?
Medusa: Almost... Yeah! everything is set.
Hector: Good. The Dark Goddess wished those visitors be destroyed at once!
Crack Captain: But what about the wildcard?
Hector: The dimensional witch? Consider her as an enemy.
Crack Captain: Right!
Medusa: Mobilize your forces now, captain! We shall stay here and prepare our forces for the trap!
Crack Captain: Alright. Ok then men! Let's go out and kick some visitor butt!

Soon, the crack captain assembled his troops outside the pyramid... Then the visitors arrived... They are shocked to see the massive army that guards the pyramid.

Lucid: Wow.. When they said large, they mean large!
Kirnale: They might be too much for us! Whats should we do?
Elysia: I have an Idea... Namiele, Moro, stay here with me and Mokona.
Moro: Why?
Namiele: How come?
Elysia: We shall serve as the decoy and we'll try to divert their attention to us.. While we kick their butts, the rest of you guys better run inside the pyramid.
Kirnale: Are you sure you guys will be okay?
Namiele: Of course! Elysia and Larg are here with us! My magic power grows stronger as I come close to them, so expect me to become much more stronger than usual.
Moro: My spear is ready, and I can kill anything in sight!
Maru: Alright then.. Good luck to you guys...
Elysia: Okay then... Hey you noobs! Wanna fight us? Come and get us!

Soon, the crack army, hearing Elysia's Taunt, started mobilizing towards them... Soon the battle begun and Elysia gave out the signal.

Elysia: Lucid! Go inside! Now!
Lucid: But.. Are you-
Elysia: Just do it! We'll be fine!
Lucid: Alright. CHARGE!!!!!

As the battle rages on, Lucid and his party finally managed to enter the Pyramid. At first they are amazed by the architecture of the structure...

Maru: Really beautiful...
Kirnale: It's really old..
Lilith: And Ancient...
Eriol: What do you expect? It's been here for a long time...
Lucid: The question is... Why did the dark forces use this as their base?

Soon, they found the chamber where the hostages lay.. the visitors went up to see if they are truly the hostages...

Lucid: Are you alright?
young Woman: Yeah... But look out!
Lucid: What?!
Hector: Ha! you fell for our trap!
Medusa: Yeah! those may be the real hostages, but you'll never escape here alive!

Soon, a large stine beast appeared and it hallway trembled as it walks.. It was none other than the fierce stone golem.

Medusa: Destroy them all!
Hector: Feel the wrath of the dark Goddess!

Soon, Hector and Medusa disappeared and the stone golem started attacking the visitors...

kirnale: Take this! (hits but no effect) What?! My attacks dont work!
Lucid: Same here!
Lilith: My bullets dont make even a single scratch!
Maru: My arrows dont give damage as well...
Eriol: Let me try... Phantom sword!

Eriol uses his phantom sword to attack the golem but to no avail. The golem destroyed the sword before it can even attack.

Eriol: impossible...
Lucid: We cant give up yet!
Kirnale: Yeah! We must beat it to escape from here!

And so they fought, but soon they ran out of strength and the Goelm will do it's finishing move.

Lucid: Well, we did our best but we failed...
Lilith: I hope the goddess will still reward us in our efforts...
Kirnale: I hope there would be some way that the others can enter...
Voice? What do you mean by, a way?

Soon, a portal opened and firebolts came out of it. Then 4 figures came out of the portal, and the visitors are quite amazed by what they saw...

Chapter 28: Visitors in the Desert (Part 4)

While the visitors are going across the desert, Hector and Medusa are at the desert as well, talking to the leader of the corrupted Cracks...

Hector: Damn these vistors... They're trying to ruin the dark lady's plans!
Medusa: Yes.. But we still have th upper hand.. We have hostages.. Right?
Crack Captain: Yes.. We have 2 women from the windmill village, but apparently, they're not speaking about an ancient artifact that the villagers have..
Medusa: An artifact?
Crack Captain: Yes.. They say that the artifact possessed a mysterious power to control mysterious elementals..
Hector: That must be the elemental guardian controller that the Gods made aeons ago...
Medusa: Having that will really boost our troops' morale as well as strengthen our ranks!
Crack Captain: But the villagers are persistent...
Medusa: So you attacked the village..
Crack Captain: But they ran away so we attacked their hideout.. If not for those visitors...
Medusa: Don't worry... Our Elite guard will make sure those visitors are dead!
Hector: Yes.. We shall destroy them, then you'll attack the hideout and get the artifact!
Crack Captain: Alright.
Hedusa: Very well then. Let's go! In the name of the dark goddess!

And so, Medusa and Hector's forces mobilize.. Meanwhile, all is not well in the part of the visitors, a band of rackies has attacked them, and they're caught in a vicious gauntlet...

Lilith: this is not good...
Rackie Fighter: HA! you're surrounded now! Prepare to die!
Lucid: Not on my watch!
Maru: We'll fight before we die!
Moro: Yeah! So we'll kick your (censored) before you kick ours!!
Rackie Fighter: Say WHAT?! That's it! DIE!!!!
Kirnale: Alright! Let's go kill!!!
Lucid: Right. ATTACK!!!!

Soon, at first the visitors are having the upper hand, but more and more rackies arrived... Soon, they became outnumbered..

Eriol: This is not good...
Namiele: I'm running low on mana...
Lilith: I dont have enough potions... It'll take another hour to make more...
Lucid: Well, Seems we have to keep on going without potions!
Kirnale: Yeah...
Rackie Fighter: Ha! Well then... Let's see if you cankick our behinds now! DIE!
Voice: Not so fast.

Then a meteor struck part of the rackie army. Then a portal opened... It was Elysia and Larg again. This time, she has a much more stronger staff and her magic has improved much.

Elysia: I cant let you guys have all the fun.
Larg: Yeah! I'm so hungry right now!
Lucid: Thank you for coming to our aid...
Lilith: Yeah.. you really saved our lives then...
Elysia: Nah.. I'm just here to protect the artifact. that's all. And Larg is really hungry too.
Larg: I'm sooo hungry....
Lucid: Well, does it even matter?
All: Nah.
Elysia: Alrigh then. Let's restart the party!
All: Yeah!

Soon, the rackie army was decimated and was forced to retreat...

Elysia: Is that all that they got? They should send better soldiers...
Lucid: Thanks a lot for helping us...
Kirnale: yeah.. I thought we are about to die!
Elysia: No rpbolem.. But let's rush and fast. The hostages must be rescused!
All: Right!

And so, they moved on to the forgotten pyramid, where the base of the Crack Army is located... But little did they know that Hector and Medusa made a trap for them at the Pyramid...

Chapter 27: Visitors in the desert (Part 3)

When the visitors, alongside Rissa arrived at the windmill village at the Breezy Hills, they are shocked to find out that the village lay in ruins... Rissa came to the supposedly center of the once peacful town...

Rissa: Oh no.. we're too late!
Lucid: In the Goddess' name...
Namiele: This is horrible!
Maru and Moro: Oh my goodness! What happened here?!
Kirnale: Damn Hebarn and her creeps!
Lilith: She must pay for this!
Lucid: Yes.. but save your anger for later...
Eriol: Indeed... I cant sense any dead body nearby... they must've evacuated before the siege
Kirnale: Maybe so.. better check again to see if you missed some people...

Just then, they heard a scream..

voice: Save us!
Crack Guard: Ha! you'll never be rescued in time!
voice: Help us!!!
Lucid: Where is that coming from?
Lilith: It's coming from the waterfall!
Rissa: There's a hideout behind that waterfall!
Namiele: The villagers must be inside! Quickly! We have no time to lose!

Soon, they went towards the waterfall, but then they sa the villagers surrounded by vicious cracks and beetles...

Beetle: Ha! you're surrounded!
Villager: We'll enevr give up our prized artifact!
Crack guard: Then we'll force you to give it to us!
Eriol: Not if we cant help it!

Soon, the crack guard was slaughtered by Eriol's Phantom Sword,a s the visitors started the counter assault...

Lucid: Alright! Let's kick some butt!
Moro: One with the least kills gets the least amount of wine!
Maru: Bring it on!
Lilith: Fastest killer wins one of my prized weapons!
Kirnale: this is gonna be awesome!

Soon, the visitors fought with ease as they defeated the Crack and Beetle army...

Crack: Retreat!
Beetle: Fall back!

After the battle, the chieftain of the village, Ned approached the visitors...

Ned: Thank you.. You must be the vistors, saviors from other realms to help the gods defeat Hebarn..
Lilith: Yeah... But we're here to seek the hideaway of the Crack army that attacked you...
Maru: Yeah... Rissa's mother and twin sister was kidnapped, right?
Ned: Yes. Is Rissa with you?
Rissa: I'm right here!
Ned: Good.
Rissa: I'll stay here and help the villagers, will you guys find my mom and sis?
Moro: Yes. We'll do our best.
Kirnale: We'll find your mother. I promise.
Ned: Good. The camp of the Cracks and Beetles is on the El Verloon Desert, but beware of the dangerous Rackies that wander around these sands...
Lucid: We'll handle them. guys! Let's go!
All: Right!

And so, the Visitors then went on to the Desert to save Rissa's mom and twin sister...

Chapter 26: Visitors in the desert (Part 2)

Soon, the visitors arrived on the house of the Village chief, Cornell. there, he greeted everyone with a big smile on his face.

Cornell: Greetings! Welcome to our humble village! It's nice of you to-
Kirnale: Greetings, but we have an emergency..
Cornell: What is it?
Girl: (crys) Please help me! Help my village!!!
Cornell: What's wrong?!
Girl: My village was attacked by Cracks and Beetles!
Lucid: What are those?
Sugar: they are beetle like beings that are small, yet in large numbers, they can be quite deadly..
Girl: Yes... My Mother and my twin sister was kidnapped by those creatures!!!
Namiele: That's sad...
Eriol: Indeed.. Me must do something..
Cornell: How about you guys will help the village?
Lucid: We can help..
Lilith: Yes.. We'll do anything to repay your generous hospitality!
Maru and Moro: Yeah!
Kirnale: We'll do our best.
Cornell: Good. Where is your vilage, little girl?
Girl: At the breezy hills... It's easy to find, it the village with many windmills.
Lucid: Good. Let's go then!
All: Right!

Soon, they left the village and headed straight to the windmill village.. As they walked along... The girl introduced herself...

Rissa: My name is Rissa, what are yours?
Lucid: I'm Lucid a young knight.
Namiele: Namiele, mage of fire
Lilith: Lilith, a young artisan.
Kirnale: Kirnale, the lightning sniper
Maru and Moro: We're maru and moro! Twins!
Eriol: And I'm Eriol, a young cleric.
Rissa: Yeah... nice to meet you all..
Eriol: Why is your village attacked?
Rissa: We have a sacred artifact that might help you guys...
Namiele: What kind?
Lucid: Better talk later, look! Wild Woopies!
Woopie Glutton: Fools! No one can pass through these realms without passing through us!
Lucid: Oh yeah?!
Woopie: Yeah! guys! Attack!!!

And so they fought, but the woopies failed to defeat the visitors... It seems that they are overpowered...

Woopie: Too.. Strong...
Lilith: Serves you right.
Kirnale: Yeah... Let's go! maybe the vilage is attacked again!

So they rushed into the breezy hills, but by the time they arrived it was in ruins...

Chapter 25: Visitors in the Desert (Part 1)

Soon, The visitors arrived at the future site of the Canyon city of Zant, which was then a small community of Nomads... It was a beautiful site, although it was filled with tents... The visitors are amazed by the culture of the Nomads...

Lucid: I didn't know there are other people living in this realm outside the adventurer;s plains...
Sugar: That's because the Goddess has spread out the nomads across the the planet.. spreading everywhere, even here...
Namiele: Do they travel around all around the realm in search of food?
Sugar: Yes.. But nowadays... They tend to stay where they are to cultivate crops...
Eriol: I see... but don't they get hurt whenever they are raided by monsters?
Sugar: In the earleir days... Yes... They're not harmed... But because of the Devil Pest...
Lucid: The monsters became aggressive...
Namiele: Thus most of the nomads are affected...

As the foursome are discussing about the Nomads, Lilith, Maru and Moro did some exploring...

Maru: Wow! Very beautiful!
Moro: Kawaii... They're soo cute!
Lilith: Yes... Very Good indeed...
Maru: These statues are very much beautiful!!!
Moro: Really amazing, right, Maru-chan?
Maru: Yes... They're quite beautiful... ^^
Vendor: Do you like it? It costs only 10000 zulie...
Moro: Zulie? What's Zulie?
Maru: Yeah.. What is it?
Vendor: Zulie is money. It is used to buy stuff like this... We use it all the time here...
Lilith: Basically, they use Zulie as a medium of exchange for the goods they sell, and we dont have enough zulie... The zulie the Gods and the nomads back at the adventurer's village gave are just enough to buy ourselves food!
Vendor: Food? There are many food shops there to the north! But I tell you, the merchants are shrewd! They're so greedy they tend to overprice...
Lilith: Overprice? that's harsh...
Vendor: Indeed... If there is only some way to control prices...

While Maru, Moro and Lilith are discussing money matter, Kirnale is outside the tent village, practicing his archery...

Kirnale: (Misses Shot) Crap.. Another missed shot.. Seems that my aim is starting to fade...

Just then, he heard a loud cry...

Girl: Help! Help!
Woopie Chef: We'll cook you for dinner!!! Hahaha!!!
Girl: Please! Someone help me!!!
Kirnale: Hey you! Want dinner? Eat this!

Soon, Kirnale shoots his arrow and hits the woopie, the Girl escapes... but the woopie is mad...

Woopie Chef: Arrgh! Why you... No matter... Guys! Help me! Someone is killing me!
Kirnale: This looks bad...

soon, 3 woopies appeared... And is getting ready to strike:

Woopie Glutton: How dare you fight my brother?! you shall pay for this! Borthers, attack!
Kirnale: Bring it on!

The woopies are fast and agile in their attacks, but Kirnale is faster. He was able to hit them with great accuracy, and after a few moments... HE was able to kill them all...

Kirnale: That'll teach you not to eat little girls...
Girl: Thank you! But my troubles are not yet over... Please... Lead my to our village chief.. You and your friends can come if you wish..
Kirnale: Alright.. Tell us your problem when you get to him...
Girl: Thank you.

And so, Kirnale and the girl went together to meet up with Lucid and the rest of the party... then they went to the village chief to know the girl's problem...

Chapter 24: Spectators

As the visitors started their journey, The Gods have been too busy fighting the devil pest in their own respective planets.. However, they were still able to view the actions of the visitors during the course of their journey... Most notably watching are the Gods Arua, Junon and Eldeon...

Junon: It seems that our visitors are doing well...
Arua: Yes...They are doing quite alright...
Junon: They've seem to have begun fighting Hebarn's forces...
Arua: Yes... They've defeated a large dark pumpkin army after all...
Eldeon: But what about those 3 figures? (Points to Elysia, Larg and Yuuko)
Arua: They said they wont be interfering... But They're stil just a wild card I guess...
Junon: Let's presume that they are on our side...
Eldeon: We cant assume, Lord Junon! We cant trust them for they have not gone through the portal!
Junon: But that doesnt mean they'll be our enemies, right?
Arua: Enough. We shall keep an eye on them... for now...
They made a different way into our world after all...
Eldeon: But still, we cant trust them! They might betray us! They-
Yuuko: What do you mean, betray you?

suddenly, Yuuko appeared out of nowhere... It seems she is aware of the god's activities after all...

Yuuko: It's seems you cant trust me or Elysia...
Arua: You must be a dimensional witch...
Yuuko: Yes. I am Yuuko Ichihara. I travel along side Elysia Silvermoon and Mokona Larg to different dimensions to "correct" some inconsistencies with time and space.
Junon: What do you mean.. "Correct"?
Yuuko: Simple. This world and other worlds are linked together and there maybe times that a person can be in two worlds at once... Or there is an imbalance of Good and Evil in a certain place...
Eldeon: That's why the 3 of you are here, to shift the balance?
Yuuko: Yes.. but only in the early stages... Later on, you guys will be on your own.
Arua: Thanks... We will-
Yuuko: But Eldeon is right. We cant be trusted. sometimes we can be good, sometimes bad. sometimes, light, sometimes darkness... It's all in the matter of which side is not properly balanced...
Eldeon: So what should we do?
Yuuko: That, you have to figure out.
Junon: but what if by coincidence-
Yuuko: There is no such thing as coincidence...

Just then a portal appeared, and Yuuko entered it...

Yuuko: ...Only inevitability.

then, Yuuko left, and the portal disappeared... It left the Gods wondering...

Arua: Well, Now I'm unsure whether of not we can trust her now...
Eldeon: Yes... they are neutral after all...
Junon: But in due time, they must go with one side of the coin... they cant stay in the middle of the crossfire forever...
Arua: For now, we must keep watch on our dear visitors... And help them in any way possible.
All: Right.

And so, the Gods returned to keep watch on the visitors, meanwhile, the visitors have at last reached the future site of the canyon city of Zant, which was then a small camp of nomads....

Chapter 23: The Pumpkin King (Part 5)

Now, the visitors are now facing the mighty pumpkin king, the corrupted leader of the combined pumpkin and pomic army that ravaged the valley of luxem for a few weeks now... But they didnt realize that the pumpkinking is a strong opponent until now...

Lucid: Grrr... HE's flying now...
Eriol: Your melee attacks are useless in this situation...
Namiele: I'll try to freeze him with magic then! (Casts freeze bolt)

But like lightning, the pumpkin King evaded the attack and starting to taunt the visitors...

Pumpkin King: Haha! Is that the best you can do? You cant hit me even with your best shot!
Namiele: You're starting to get on my nerves... Fire Ring!
Pumpkin King: (Evades) Ha! Missed again!
Namiele: Grrr... Die!!!! (Uses all sorts of spells)
Pumpkin King: (Evades all attackd) Ha! I'm too fast for you! You're so stupid!!!
Namiele: What?! That's it!!! I'm gonna-
Yuuko: Stop. This being is too fast for regular magic to be stopped...
Elysia: Yes... But how did it get so much strong in an instant?!
Kirnale: Better discuss that later, he's gonna attack us!

And soon, the pumpkin King attacked the mighty visitors and flew over them... Dropping firebolts in the process... Some of them are badly hit by the bombs...

Maru: Waaahh.. Tooo many!!!!
Moro: Too strong!!!
Lilith: What should we do?
Sugar: Hmmm... I'll use my ma-
Lilith: No dont it'll only make him stronger!
Elysia: Namiele... Give me your staff...
Namiele: My-
Elysia: Now!

Namiele gave the staff to Elysia and just like that, Elysia, Yuuko and Larg enchanted it...

Elysia: Here take this...
Namiele: What should i do with this?
Elysia: This staff will allow your spells to hit the opponent with great accuracy...

Elysia: Trust us.

And so, Namiele approached the pumpkin King with her new weapon at hand...

Pumpkin King: Ha! you again?! Well let's see if you can-
Namiele: DIE!!!

And with one hit, the pumpkin King was hit by the attack and was stunned...

Pumpkin King: Arrgh!!! Curse you!!!
Lucid: Now is our chance... Attack!

And so, everyone attacked the monster and fought it.. until the pumpkin king was about to die...

Pumpkin King: Arrgh!!! Curse you!!! Mistress Hebarn will get revenge!!!
Lucid: Hebarn?!
Elysia: this is bad...

When the pumpkin king died... The whole valley was immediately cleansed... and regained it's former beauty...

Lucid: Wow...
Namiele: Beautiful...
Kirnale: Cool...
Lilith: Nice view...
Maru and Moro: Kawaii.... (cute in japanese)
Eriol: Magnificent... Let's party!
All: Yeah!
Lucid: But wait.. Where's elysia, Yuuko and Larg?

Little did they know they left already when the purification began... Soon, Yuuko, Elysia and Larg are once again on a cliff overlooking the whole valley...

Yuuko: Your work is finished?
Elysia: Not yet... I think I'm gonna keep an eye on them for a while...
Larg: Yeah... Same here...
Yuuko: So be it.. But remember, anytime you need me.. Just call...

Then a portal appeared.. And Yuuko started ascending...

Yuuko: Until next time, then!
Elysia: Cya around then sensei...
Larg: Bye!!

And with that, Yuuko and Elysia vanished into the darkness of the night.. But unknown to them as well as to the visitors, the Gods are watching from paradise....

Chapter 22: The Pumpkin King (Part 4)

Soon, the 7 visitors started to climb the mount that leads to the throne of the pumpkin king.. As the move up the noticed something strange with their path...

Lucid: Hey haven't you sensed anything weird in this pathway?
Kirnale: Yeah.. It feels as though we are being followed...
Yuuko: Right behind us are some Pomics that are cloaked...
Elysia: I'll deal with them.... Purify!
Namiele: And I'll freeze them off!! Permafrost!

Soon, Elysia and Namiele destroyed the cloaked pomics and moved on... Meanwhile back on his throne, the Pumpkin King is getting angry...

Pumpkin King: Say what?!
Pomic General: Yes.. They have entered the hallways... they're fighting the guard as we speak!!
Pumpkin King: We can't let them enter here! Send out the elite guard!!!
Pomic General: Sir! Alright men! Let's go out and kick some butt!!!

And so, the pomic and pumpkin army barricaded the entrance to the Pumpkin King's throne... Howvere, Elysia, Yuuko and Larg went in front of the 7 visitors...

Yuuko: This is Child's Play...
Elysia: Hehe.. Same thoughts as yours...
Larg: I'm hungry...
Yuuko: Well, prepare your stomach boy... Here comes the main course!
Elysia: Yeah... Let's go!
Larg: PUU!!!

And so, Yuuko, Elysia and Larg easily decomated the Elite guard... And the 7 visitors are amazed...

Lilith: Fantastic!
Kirnale: you guys are great!
Maru and Moro: Great! Great! Oh so great!
Eriol: I cant believe that you 3 have such tremendous amounts of energy...
Lucid: They're dimensional witches...
Elysia: Yes... But there's little time to waste!
Yuuko: Right. Let's go and eat a big pumpkin!
All: Right!
Namiele: Wait a minute.. I think I'm gonna throw up...
Lucid: Better do it quick!
Yuuko: No time! We must enter!

Soon, the forcibly opened the door, but they see nothing...

Lucid: Where is that pumpkin?!
Namiele: Where is it?!
Pumpkin King: Looking for me?!
Yuuko: Above you guys! Duck!

And with lightning fast speed, the Pumpkin King flew over them....

Pumpkin King: Ha! you'll never be a match for me!!!
Yuuko: Not If We can't help it! Everyone! attack!

Chapter 21: The Pumpkin King (Part 3)

The seven visitors have grown tired from all the fighting and they are about to be killed by the dark army when bolts of lightning and meteors hit the dark army... Soon, after the dust has settled, 2 figures came out... And the visitors are amazed... It was Elysia And Yuuko...

Elysia: Missed me?
Moro: It's her! It's her?
Lucid: Who are they?
Maru: One of them is the one who helped us yesterday when we are attacked by the pumpkins!
Kirnale: Wow, you guys must be powerful mages...
Yuuko: Indeed we are...
Elysia: Sensei... I thought you said you dont want to interfere in all this?
Yuuko: Elysia, I didnt interfere, I just though they needed our assistance
Larg: Yeah... Let me help too!
Elysia: *sighs* I suppose...
Larg: Woo!!!! Now I can get to kick monster butt!!
Lucid: What are you guys gonna do?
Yuuko: Watch. Hey you! Laughing boy!
Pomic: What do you want, (censored)?!
Yuuko: hehe.. I may be a seductress... But I'm no (censored)! DIE!!!!

Soon, Yuuko used her psychic powers to deliberately push the pomic captain to a nearby cliff... soon, the other pomics attacked and Elysia burned them all...

Elysia: Want to burn? Then I'll make pumpkin pie out of you guys!
Namiele: Ewwww....
Elysia: Why? Haven't tasted pumpkin pie? (gets roasted pumpkin) here.
Namiele: still....

Meanwhile, Larg is having much fun on his side of the battlefield..

Pomic: No dont!
Larg: Oh yes!!!!
Pomic: Waaah!!!!

Soon, Larg ate much of the pomics and pumpkins and he ate them nonstop... Soon, Yuuko, Elysia and Larg pretty much cleared the battlefield... As the dust settled... The battlefield was surprisingly clean...

Kirnale: Wasnt supposed to be a battle here?
Lucid: Where's all the blood and the smashed pumpkins?
Yuuko: Larg ate them all, gluttonous piece of crap...
Larg: Hey.. I was hungry....
Elysia: Can't blame him.. He's too hungry for us to handle...
Eriol: Well, can you help us heal our wounds?
Elysia: Larg.. Do it...
Larg: Alright. PUU!!!!

And with one jump, Larg casted a spell that healed eveyone of their wounds and gave them additonal strength...

Lucid: Alright!
Maru: Yes!
Moro: Cool! thanks again!
Kirnale: May we know your names?
Elysia: I am Elysia Silvermoon, the lady beside me is my mentor, Yuuko Ichihara, and the Black bunny that just healed you is Mokona Larg...
Yuuko: Pleased to meet you...
Larg: Nice to know you, puu!
Yuuko: but save the intros for later...
Lucid: Yes.. For now.. We've got ourselves a pumpkin king to kill...
All: Right!

And so, they move on up the mountain to face the mighty pumpkin king...

Chapter 20: The Pumpkin King (Part 2)

Meanwhile back at the pumpkin king's lair atop a mountain that will become the site of the luxem tower... One of the pumpkin servants arrived to tell the pumpkin king about what happened at the camp of the visitors...

Servant: Milord! It appears that the visitors have survived the assualt!
Pumpkin King: Say what?!
Servant: Yrs.. apparently, they are able to withstand the damage, but they have a lot of injuries too...
Pumpkin King: But they still survived!
Servant: Yes! And they're heading straight for us!
Pumpkin King: Grrr.... But no matter.. They shall soon feel the wrath of the dark pumpkin army! Gather all the pomics and pumpkins! We shall give them a fight they'll never forget.... (evil laugh)

Soon, the visitors have finally reached the montain of the pumpkin king, but the place was erriely silent...

Lucid: Strange... This place is silent...
Namiele: Indeed.. Too silent..
Kirnale: We should keep our guard! They might attack us by surprise...
Lucid: Yes.. Let's proceed with extreme caution...
Lilith: Yeah.. But we must make sure that we shouldn't make a big fuss.. They might be sleeping after all...
Eriol: Yeah... We dont want any disturbances to cause a riot here...
Maru: Right.
Moro: Yes.
Lucid: Ok.. Let's go....

They went closer and closer to the mountain, but then, a pumpkin attack them.. Soon a large army of pumpkins and pomics has arrived...

Pomic Captain: Ha! Little scoundrels! You'll never be a macth for us!
Lucid: Oh really now?
Kirnale: We can handle a large army now!
Lucid: Our wounds are now healed, now we can crush you!
Pomic Captain: Oh really now? Let's see about that! Charge!!!!

Soon, the whole dark army attacked the 7 visitors... at first they are able to hold off the enemy...

Lucid: Those are just lame! Die!
Kirnale: haha, these are just too easy to pick!
Namiele: Yeah, especially for us mages!

Soon, Namiele casted a strong fire spell that virtually eradicated most of the pomics and pumpkins..

Namiele: See? They're just toast for us!
Pomic captain: That's just the appetizer.. Here's the main course!!!!
Lilith: What?!

Soon, more pomics and pumpkins arrived and attacked them.. But this time, they are starting to be overrunned by the massive army...

Lucid: Damn it! We're losing strength fast!
Kirnale: We're not gonna make it!
Lilith: Oh no...
Namiele: Crap.. I'm running out of mana!
Eriol: Same here...
Maru: So tired...
Moro: Same here....
Lucid: Still we must fight.. For the Glory of the Gods!!
All: Right!

Soon, they continued to fight, but they are starting to grow tired....

Lucid: arrgh... Cant hold on much longer...
Pomic Captain: Getting tired?! better give up now!!! DIE!!!

But then, a flashing light just apepared, and meteors and thunderbolts hit the entire army with such quickness... They literally made craters to the place as they hit the pomics and pumpkins... Soon, the 7 visitors are amazed by the figures they saw afterwards....

Chapter 19: The Pumpkin King (Part 1)

Maru, Moro and Sugar returned to the camp to tell everyone of what happened to them.... But when they arrived.. They are surprised at what they saw...

Maru: OMG... What happened?
Moro: Seems like a great battle took place here...
Maru: Maybe the pumkins...
Moro: I hope nothing bad happened to them...
Sugar: This place looks like a ruin! What happened?

Just then.. Lucid arrived... With a lot of wounds...

Maru: Lucid!
Sugar: What happened here?!
Lucid: Several pumpkins attacked us when you're away!
Moro: Do they multiply when used with magic?
Lucid: Yeah... It's hard for us to cope up against those freaks!
Moro: Do they have black spots all over?
Lucid: Yeah... Must be work of the Devil pest I suppose...
Maru: Where are the others?
Lucid: They're at Eriol's tent... Being treated....
Sugar: We must go there fast!

And so, they went to Eriols tent.. When they entered, they saw the rest of the visitors.. Battered, Bruised and Injured...

Eriol: Just Hold still...
Lilith: Ouch.. Ouch!!! My arm!
Eriol: There you go...
Lucid: How are the injuries...
Eriol: The medicine I gave you guys should be fully effective later on... By tomorrow your wounds will be healed...
Kirnale: Well, I hope that potion of yours work...
Namiele: Yeah... Maru! Moro! Sugar! Where have you been?
Moro: We've been attacked by the same pumpkins that attacked you guys!
Maru: But a mysterious lady helped us!
Sugar: Her magic was so strong that she was able to destroy all the pumpkins in one blast!
Namiele: She must be the strong magical source I've sensed last night...
Eriol: Yes.. It's possible...
Moro: She told us that the source of all this is a giant pumpkin!
Maru: Yeah... A giant pumpkin, located on the other side of the valley...
Sugar: But we must be careful... It's the source of the Devil Pest... By now it should've corrupted the creatures around it....
Lucid: Yeah.. But we're too weak to fight now... We must fight tomorrow...
Kirnale: Yeah.. The battle left us plenty of wounds...
Lilith: Yeah... It'll take a day or so to recover according to Eriol...
Eriol: Yeah... I suggest we all get some rest...
Moro: Alright.
Sugar: Very well then...
Maru: Sure.

Meanwhile as everyone was resting, Elysia was on another cliff overlooking the whole valley... Yuuko appeared once again, with a seductive smile on her face....

Yuuko: hmmm... Seems that you helped someone today huh...
Elysia: Yeah... Figured they cant handle this by themselves yet...
Yuuko: Hmmm... Maybe this is a sign that you're gonna align yourself with the light?
Elysia: Maybe... But we can't be too certain...
Larg: But even so, You helped them! It means you're their friend now!
Elysia: It's not like that Larg...
Yuuko: Well, well, someone is in denial...
Elysia: Am not. I'll keep my neutrality until I've decided...
Yuuko: Suit yourself... But I tell you... You cen't be neutral forever...
Elysia: I know that...
Yuuko: Fine.. I'm jst here to check on what's up... See you later then...
Elysia: Alright...

And with that, Yuuko and Elysia disappear into the darkness...

Chapter 18: The Valley of Luxem

The next morning the Visitors woke up and Eriol and Namiele we're feeling much better now.. Unaware of the events that happened last night....

Lucid: Yawn.. Morning guys...
Lilith: Morning Lucid...
Kirnale: Yeah.. Morning...
Lucid: Hey Eriol, Namiele: are you alright?
Eriol: Yeah.. Kind of.. The strong magical energy is gone though...
Namiele: Yeah..... It's no longer feeling it's presence...
Lucid: Say? Where's Maru and Moro?

Maru and Moro are already awake at that time, goofing off with sugar somewhere in the valley...

Sugar: Wow! The valley of luxem is very distinct!
Maru: Too bad it's just a long strech of desert...
Moro: Few signs of life either...
Sugar: What do you mean by few signs of life? Look! there's a cactus, right?
Maru: Cacti are cacti... Still no creatures to fight... Only thing here are bees and some giants ants....
Moro: Look! Pumpkins!

Soon, some pumpkins came out of some rocks.... But they are aggressive.. And started attacking the threesome...

Maru: OMG.. We've gotta run!
Moro: Waaaaaaah!!!!
Sugar: I'll try to stop them with my magic! WAFFO!

But instead of stopping them, Sugar's magic just multiplied the pumpkins...

Sugar: Waaaaah.. It failed again....
Maru: Great.. We've got dozens of Pumpkins chasing us!
Moro: Hurry back to camp!!!!!
Maru: Sugar... you shouldn't have used yer magic...
Sugar: Sorry... Oh no we're trapped!!!

Soon, they are now surrounded by pumpkins.... There are too many pumpkins for them to handle....

Moro: Oh no.. we're doomed!
Maru: Well, this is the end...
Elysia: Who says it is the end?

Out of the blue, Elysia came out and meteors started to fall all over the place... While Elysia was destroying much of the pumpkin army.. Larg came out and aided the 3....

Larg: Are you okay?
Moro: Yes... And you're so cute!!!
Maru: Yes! Very cute!
Sugar: Wow!!!! Cute!!!
Larg: hehe... Puu!
Elysia: Enough of that, I need some help here!!!!
All: Right!

soon, they are able to exterminate the pumpkin army... Elysia turned to them to assess the situation...

Elysia: There are signs of the devil pest within those pumpkins...
Sugar: Is that why my magic failed on them?
Elysia: Probably... Also, there's a large pumpkin that is guarding the entrance to the northern plains...
Moro: What should we do?
Maru: Yeah.. What?
Elysia: Tell your leader to fight the pumpkin.. He's also the source of the devil pest in this area... But beware, he might have some pomics, bees and pumpkins under his sway....
Sugar: Alright...
Elysia: Now go! Time is not on your side!

And so, they parted ways for now... And Maru, Moro and Sugar rushed to the camp.....

Chapter 17: The Dark Maiden

As the day turned into night, they entered the valley of luxem, the future home of the luxem tower, observatory of the arumic merchants.... But as they made camp and prepared dinner, Namiele and Eriol suddenly felt a strange feeling....

Namiele: I.. dont feel so good...
Eriol: Me neither...
Lucid: What's wrong?
Namiele: I'm sensing a strong magical force... Coming nearby...
Eriol: It's influence is so strong we can't handle it...
Lilith: What do you think this is?
Maru: It could be an alien!
Moro: It could be a spirit!
Kirnale: Stop joking... For now, get some rest.. We'll figure this out in the morning...

As the visitors slept, a portal appeared nearby and started to flash.. Soon, a strange circle with writing and figures appeared... Then from the portal, a young maiden with a fat black rabbit like doll appeared.... IT was none other than Elysia Silvermoon and her guardian, Mokona Larg. She was a dimensional witch, a time traveller, expert in the field of time magic, as well as fire and pure magic... Her power matches that of the Gods, but unlike them.. Her energy is limited... Soon, she approached the cliff overlooking the whole of the valley...

Larg: Are you sure there is a large mass of energy flowing around here?
Elysia: Probably... I feel strong magical energies flowing into this realm?
Larg: Any information?
Elysia: All I can say is that this realm is composed of 7 planets... That's all...
Larg: I see.... Do you sense any Gods or demigods coming here?
Elysia I can sense 2.... They are coming right now...

Just then, Phage, who was doing scouting the planet Junon for the advance of the Devil pest, appeared near Elysia.

Phage: Who are you? And what side are you on?
Elysia: I am Elysia, a time-space traveller.... And I side no one...
Phage: What do you mean... No one?
Elysia: I tend to be neutral... Not bothering anyone or anything.. I'm just here to observe...
Phage: Then how did you get-
Elysia: I have my ways of getting here...
Phage: I sense a-
Elysia: Dark Aura? That's normal... That means there is strong magical energy close-by...
Phage: I'll tell the Goddess Arua about this... Until then you will be watched!
Elysia: Very well then...

And so, Phage left.. but after Phage left, a dark shadow appeared...

Elysia: No need to hide, devil.. Come out.. Lest you are scared...
Hebarn: Scared me? No... I'm surprised to see that you deal with Phage that easily.. Come join-
Elysia: I do not side with anyone. i made that clear earli-
Hebarn: Oh really now? Everybody must join one side... Neautrality is not a-
Elysia: It is an option and I never regret doing it!
Hebarn: Fine, but you will pay the ultimate price! DIE!

Soon, Hebarn threw lots of fireballs to Elysia, but surprisingly.. She wasn't there...

Hebarn: WHAT?!
Elysia: Peek-a-boo...

Soon, Elysia Hit Hebarn with a strong meteor strike... This forced Hebarn to flee...

Hebarn: It's obvious now that you side with the Goddess... I'll be back for you!
Elysia: I'll be waiting...

Soon, Elysia left, and went to another plateau...

Larg: Who are those 2?
Elysia: the first one is a guardian of light, the other, the Goddess of Darkness...
Larg: But will you keep your neutrality?
Elysia: For now I suppose...
Voice: But I suppose you cant keep it forever....

soon, a mysterious dark woman appeared... It was Elysia's Mentor Yuuko Ichihara, another Dimesional Witch... Who is obviously stronger than Elysia...

Yuuko: What.. Am I right?
Elysia: I suppose, sensei...
Yuuko: Not everything in any realm is something you can keep for life...
Elysia: I know that.. Some things are to be sacrificed for the good of others...
Larg: Even so... There are even greater things in life that you need right?
Yuuko: Right. Now you must make your choice.. What is it gonna be?
Elysia: I'm undecided...
Yuuko: Better for you to visit those 7 adventurers once in a while...
Larg: Yeah.. I wanna meet them...
Elysia: I suppose... but until then.. I shall keep my neutrality...

Then Elysia and Mokona left... Leaving Yuuko to ponder in the moonlight...

Yuuko: So be it... Child of the moon...

And with that.. Yuuko vanished...

Chapter 16: The Journey Begins

Finally, the time has come for the 7 visitors to leave the adventurer's plains... Lucid and Lilith start to do a final check of all the necessary stuff that they need for their long trip ahead...

Lucid: Ok.. Let's make a final check n all the necessary stuff!
Lilith: Alright then.. We got food to last for 3 - 4 months...
Lucid: We got lots of weapons and armor...
Lilith: We gots much of the needed supplies...
Lucid: Is all the essential equipment there?
Lilith: Yes... Everything is there...
Lucid: Good... Let's just wait for the others...

Meanwhile, As Lucid and Lilith do the final preparations, Maru and Kirnale started to have a contest of speed...

Maru: Hey Kirnale! Let's see who's the fastest of the two of us!
Kirnale: Really? How come? I though I was the scout of the group?
Maru: I want to become faster so that I can dodge opponents and quickly eliminate them...
Kirnale: Very well then.. but I warn you.. You might be able to beat me!

And so, they started a race, at first, Kirnale was in the lead, but Maru started to overtake him.. It was neck and neck until they came towards the end...

Maru: We're even then....
Kirnale: Yeah... I guess we both have our similarities after all...
Moro: Twin sis! Kirnale! Come quick! Eriol and Namiele wanted to show us something!
Kirnale: This must be the new spell they made...
Moro: Quick! Quick! let's go!

And so they rushed to where Eriol and Namiele are... And when they got there, they are surprised to see a large red dragon....

Maru: OMG... that's a big dragon!
Moro: Cool, isn't it?
Kirnale: Wow... that's wicked...
Eriol: We call it, "firegon"
Namiele: We can now summon creatures! But actually, I gave the summoning power to Eriol...
Eriol: Figured I need some offensive stuff as well...
Kirnale: Can you summon something else?
Moro: Yeah.. What else can you summon?
Eriol: Here... these are phantom swords...
Maru: Cool! These are great!
Namiele: I know they'll help us in our journey...
Sugar: Quickly! you guys better prepare yourselves! We are leaving to explore the planet soon!
Namiele: Right now? Alright then...
Kirnale: Ok then...

And so they returned to their camp near the edge of the adventurer's plains... Seeing that everything is almost ready...

Kirnale: Is everything ready?
Lucid: Yeah.. We're only waiting for you guys...
Maru and Moro: Alright! Let's go!
Sugar: Wait! Before you leave take this!
Eriol: What is it?
Sugar: It's a life crystal... It allows you to be revived a few moments after you die...
Namiele: Cool... It'll really help us.
Kirnale: Any side effects?
Sugar: None... Well are you guys sure you are ready to leave the plains?
Lucid: Yes. All of us are prepared!
Kirnale: Yeah! Let the jounrey begin!
All: Yeah!!!!!

And so they left the adventurer's plains... Knowing all the danger that awaits them outside it....

Chapter 15: Maru and Moro

As the 7 visitors prepared for their long journey ahead... Maru and Moro are having a arguement over who is the better sister...

Maru: You know Moro-chan,
Moro: What is it, Maru-chan?
Maru: Who do you think is the cutest among the two of us...?
Moro: That'll be me!
Maru: Nope. that'll be me.
Moro: No, Me!
Maru: No! Me!
Moro: Me!
Maru: Me!

They kept on arguing until Namiele and Lucid arrived....

Lucid: So, are all the supplies in the bags now?
Namiele: Yeah.. everything is almost - OMG! Maru! Moro! What are you...?!
Lucid: Oh boy... They're fighting...

They saw Maru and Moro having a wrestling match, Maru quickly grapples Moro and gives her a Headlock, but Moro quickly counters with a german suplex. This impressive yet grotesque style of fighting went on untl the sun set... When Lucid and Namiele decided to interfere...

Lucid: Enough of this! both of you!
Namiele: You guys have been fighting for so long now!
Maru: It was Moro-chan's fault!
Moro: My Fault? It's you're fault?!
Maru: Wanna fight again?!
Moro: You're on!
Lucid: Enough! you guys will settle this, but in the morning. For now let us rest.

When Maru and Moro left.. Lucid went near Namiele, looking very worried...

Lucid: they're fighting... That;s not good...
Namiele: Don't worry... I know they'll settle this tomorrow...
Lucid: But what if this will continue even after the fight tomorrow?
Namiele: Then I'll have to interfere with magic then....
Lucid: Well, I hope whatever happens, it won't affect our trip...

Soon, it was already the day of the match... Maru got up and went to Lilith to get weapons...

Lilith: You want a what?
Maru: I'm sure maru will get a large sword, so... Please make me a dual wield!
Lilith: Alright... Are you sure you want to use those weapons? Dual wields are quite hard to handle at first...
Maru: Don't worry.. I can handle it...

soon, Maru got her weapon and now it's Moro's Turn...

Moro: Is my spear ready?
Lilith: As you requested... However.. If you guys are gonna fight... dob't take it too personally...
Moro: Alright then.. We'll just fight to see who is better...
Lilith: Alright then.. Good Luck.

And so, the time for them to fight is at hand.. Sugar is the referee and everything is set.

Sugar: You guys ready?
Maru: Ready when you are!
Moro: Same here!
Sugar: Alright then! Fight!

And so, they began to fight. Maru used her lightning fast speed as well as her dual wield to fend off Moro's attacks... But Moro was also quick, and her spear provided her with longer range... Soon, they are starting to tire out...

Maru: Losing cool?
Moro: No... Are you?
Maru: Nope. but it's time to finish this!
Moro: Right!
Maru: Prepare to be defeated!
Moro: DIE!!!!

And so they did their final attack... Afterwards, there was silence... Then both competitors fell down...

Moro: I guess, we're even then...
Maru: I just realized, we're twins... We might be even in every way possible.. Except for our souls that is...
Moro: Yeah.. Let's just forget about this and become friends...
Maru: Right.

And so, Maru and Moro, helped each other, and rested... Tomorrow, the journey of the 7 visitors will begin....

Chapter 14: The Mission (Part 2)

Soon, all the 7 visitors approached a distressed Arua, with Phage, Junon, all the fiaries, the Demigods and the Gods behind her.. they all noticed Arua's sad look... They're are wondering what with her sadness...

Lucid: Why is she sad?
Namiele: I dunno...Perhaps there's something wrong?
Lilith: Maybe.. Usually sadness is cause by a bad event they say...
Eriol: Well, the fact remains, she looks distressed...
Kirnale: I hope she's doing fine...
Maru: Yeah... I hope so...
Moro: I hope so too...

soon, Arua approached the 7 visitors, with a serious look on her face...

Arua: You 7 visitors are the first visitors that entered the plane... And I Know that you guys are still starting to like the place.. But you are here for a reason...
Sugar: (Eats Waffles) Munch Munch... Oh! you see... We just recently received word that a dark plague known as the Devil pest has started to spread southward, even now, as we speak, this plague will devour mostly the entire planet!
Junon: But this is just a part of the dark scheme the Dark Goddess Hebarn made against us...
Eldeon: you guys have been called because you are the chose protector of this world...
Altana: sure, we Gods and Demigods can do the job ourselves...
Lilith(Demigod): But our powers are growing weaker as we speak...
Orlo: And soon, we might be vanquished by the darkness...
Pepper: That's why you guys are here, to continue the fight we've begun!
Salt: Yeah, and put an end to all of Hebarn's treachery!
Karkia: (Wears mask of Anger) Hebarn and her minions has beaten Luna and trapped her in the Sea of Dawn... Now they must pay!
Ska: Yes.. They have done much chaos! Hebarn must be defeated at all costs!
Arua: Yes.. your mission is to defeat Hebarn and bring order once again to the world!

After the expalanation, some of the visitors are confused...
Maru: Tell us...We are the chosen ones right?
Moro: That means we will be doing the work all by ourselves?
Arua: No.. But you guys will be backed up by thousands of new visitors...
Pepper: It is expected that more and more visitors will come After you guys have left the plains...
Eldeon: Yes.. but you guys will pave the way for these new breed of visitors, and you shall serve as an example of bravery and heroism!
Lilith: But what happens if we fail our quest?

Then... silence filled the air... Soon, Arua spoke...

Arua: It will be the end of us all.
Lucid: I will not allow that to happen!
Namiele: Yes.. I think it's now time to take a stand!
Moro and Maru: Yes! We Twins will fight by your side!
Kirnale: My Arrows will fight for Good and not for Evil!
Lilith: I shall join you with my great arsenal of weapons!
Eriol: I'll suppost you guys with my magic!
Sugar: So what will you say? Are you in?
All: OH HELL YEAH!!!!!!
Arua: Good. Sugar, it's best that you guide them along in their journeys...
Sugar: Alright then.. I'll do my best! Give me lots of waffles and I'm good to go!
Arua: Very well then. My children! Be careful. The darkness lurks everywhere! you must take caution!
Lucid: Yes, and we promise you! We shall be victorious in battle!
Arua: Very well then... Now Go! Go forth and rid thisrealm of the darkness!!!

And so, the 7 visitors left... And Their jounrey has just begun.... As the gods and Demigods now return to paradise... Arua, Junon, Ska, Pepper and Salt remained near the portal...

Pepper: Whos gonna guard the portal?
Ska: In the absence of Sugar, you will be the guardian.
Pepper: Ah ok...
Salt: What about me?
Junon: You'll help me in paradise. you'll be my assistant!
Salt: Thank you sir! I shall do my best...

Then Junon approached Arua on the seashore...

Arua: I hope they'll be alright...
Junon I know they have a huge burden to carry.. But I know they can do it.
Arua: But Still...
Junon: Believe in them. They have the strength to overcome anything. And with their energies, we shall one day become strong enough to destroy Hebarn and bring peace to this realm...
Arua: Yes... Let's hope for a brighter tomorrow my love...

And So, Arua, Junon and the rest of the gods and Demigods, as well as Salt, returned to paradise... And the journey of the 7 visitors has just begun.

Chapter 13: The Mission (Part 1)

Junon, Lucid and Salt arrived on the portal door, they are a bit surprised to see that the light coming from the portal is different from the ones they saw from before... It was much less flashier, and has less energy than before... Arua then approaches Junon, and has a worried look on her face....

Arua: I.. I dunno...
Junon: What's wrong?
Arua: The portal glows much weaker now...
Junon: Yes... Something is definitely not right...
Arua: I know.. I just feel different now...
Junon: Maybe Hebarn's forces had arrived?
Arua: I hope not...
Junon: Well, let's just hope that this wont-
Phage: My queen! Bad news! The forces of Hebarn had infected the El Renda Desert!
Arua: WHAT?! Excuse me My love...
Junon: Alright then...

Phage and Arua kept a distance from the portal door...

Arua: This is not good....
Phage: Yes.. Now it's now starting to spread southward...
Arua: We must find a way to contain it...
Lilith(Demigod): It's too late, my lady... It has spread outside the El Renda desert...
Phage: Yes.. even now, it reeeks chaos over the lake of Anima...
Arua: This is bad.... We should find a way to stop this at once!

While Phage, Lilith and Arua are talking about the situation at the anima lake... altana,as well as the Fairies and Lilith the visitor are in front of the portal, just waiting for the 2 new visitors to arrive...

Lilith: When will these visitors arrive?!
Sugar: (eats waffles) B patient, waffo... they'll come!
Pepper: Yeah- Wait! They're here!
Altana: Where? Where?

All of the sudden, two young girls came out and hit Altana right in the face. When Altana woke up, he felt like he was in heaven...

Altana: Woah... what the...?

He suddenly saw the two new visitors, named Marudashi and Morodashi, twin visitors....

Marudashi: Are you alright?
Morodashi: Yes.. Alright?
Altana: I'm fine... thanks...
Lilith(Demigod): What the....?
Altana: eheheh.. I can explain... you see-
Lilith(Demigod): (Slaps Altana) JERK!
Altana: But, but!
Lilith(DemiGod): Hmph!

lilith slapped Altana So hard that he hit himself on the ground... Marudashi and Morodashi approached the injured Demigod....

Morodashi: Ouch... That hurt you, didn't it?
Altana: Yeah...
Marudashi: Are you sure you are alright?
Sugar: He's fine don't worry about it...
Pepper: Excuse me, but who are you anyway?
Marudashi: I am Marudashi! Call me Maru!
Morodashi: I am Morodashi! Call me Moro!
Marudashi: We are twins! that's all we can remember...
Morodashi: Yeah... that's all...
Pepper: Thats natural...

Arua: Not now, Sugar! This is a critical time for us! All the 7 heroes have arrived! Now it's not time to reveal the mission. Phage, call on the other visitors here!

Arua: The time has come to put them into action... Hebarn.. Prepare yourself. The tides of war will about to change....

And so, the 7 visitors have gathered around the goddess, as she prepares to breif them about their journey...

Chapter 12: Rise of a Swordsman

While the darkness that is the devil pest is starting to spread in the north, Salt is training Lucid with basic fighting styles and skills at the adventurer's plains... When the time came for Lucid to choose his weapon, Lucid cant decide...

Salt: what's wrong, Lucid?
Lucid: I can't decide what weapons to take...
Salt: There are many weapons that you can choose from...
Lucid: But I don't know what is the best for me...

Just then Junon arrived... along with some strong weapons that Orlo and the 2 Liliths made...

Junon: Having trouble with choosing a weapon?
Lucid: Yeah... I can't choose which is the best one for me..
Salt: He's been like this since early this morning...
Junon: then I'll have to show you what are the strengths and weaknesses of each weapon...

Soon, Junon started showing off each of the weapons... Made from a alloy of Mithril, titanium and Arcanite..

Junon: This is a axe. There are two types of axes, the one handed and the two handed...
Lucid: What's the difference?
Junon: The one handed axes are light in weight, as well as fast in attack speed and can be equipped with a shield... But it has low damage
Salt: The two handers are larger and heavier and much slower in terms of attack speed and can be used alongside a shield, but It has high damage and you can swing it to attack nearby opponents!
Junon: Here's a spear... This is a two handed long weapon used to pierce enemy armor with.
Salt: Spears are effective against mounted soldiers as well as lightly armored foes...
Lucid: Can I also use those weapons for ranged attacks?
Salt: Yes. there is a throwing spear used for long ranged attacks...
Junon: This is a mace, and it has a larger counterpart - the large hammer. they're used mainly for maiming opponents and to stun them.
Salt: But the larger hamemr is a two handed weapon, but I can really do quite a lot of damage!

Junon and Lucid are still finding other weapons when Lucid was interested in one weapon...

Lucid: ummm.. What is this? It looks straight and shiny...
Junon: That's a sword. What you used before is just a short version of a sword, this one is a long sword...
Salt: long swords can be either one handed or two handed...
Lucid: well, I'll go for the one handed weapon.. and I've made my decision....
Salt: What weapon will you choose?
Lucid: a sword.
Junon: Are you sure? Swords maybe balanced in terms of attack and defense, but I don't think they can do good in battle...
Lucid: Trust me, it will work.
Junon: all right then, then a sword it is! Now, show me what you've got... Use the sword I've given you to slash through these trees!
Lucid: Piece of cake!

and son, Lucid started slashing the trees, and because Lucid was naturally strong and agile.. He was able to tumble all down... And Junon and salt are amazed...

Junon: Unbelievable!
Salt: A sword is a good choice!
Lucid: Yeah.. I guess you're right! I'll stick to this...
Junon: Good, now lets move on to-
Phage: My lord! Quick! the portal is shining again! But there is also some troubling news...
Junon What is it?
Phage: I'll tell you later.. for now we must rush!
Junon: Well, Lets go!

And so, they rushed to the portal, knowing that another visitor is about to be born....

Chapter 11: The Darkness Incarnate

Hebarn secretly observes the activities of the Gods and the Visitors in Junon, and she was furious to see that the Gods are starting to grow stronger...

Hector: It seems that even 5 visitors are enough to make the gods go stronger....
Medusa: That portal is the reason for that!
Hebarn: Grrrrr.... Curse those Gods and Visitors! Wait... How is the progress of the Devil Pest?
Hector: It has infected the rest of the planets.. But the Gods are able to control the spreading....
Medusa: But expect themto be a bit busier about the visitors...
Hebarn: Then increase attacks on their believers using the freaking devil pest!
Medusa: There is a problem though....
Hector: Yes.. We lack souls that contain the pest to possess those believers who will spread the virus...
Hebarn: Grrr.... This will make the Gods think that we are starting to grow weaker... We need a new plan...
Medusa: Ah I know!

Soon, Medusa grabbed a book of dark arts... Then grabbed some ingredients and mixed it inside a pot...

Hector: What are doing, Medusa?
Medusa: I'm making a better strain of the Devil Pest...
Hebarn: Great another strain! What good will it do?!
Medusa: Ah, my queen.. this is different! you see... This will be the strain we will use against those living in the planet Junon!
Hebarn: Ah excellent! But where should we test it?
Hector: Let's try it on a secluded village of Nomads!
Hebarn: There are few villages in Junon....
Medusa: Perhaps we should try the El Renda Desert...
Hebarn: Yes.. Prepare the Minions, we will start spreading this new strain into the planet Junon!

soon, with all their forces assembled.. Hebarn, Hector and Medusa left for the realm of Junon, and they landed on what will become, the Cave of the Dead...

Hebarn: All units assembled?
Hector: Yes.. All we need is your order...
Hebarn: Good. Wait for my signal.. Me and Medusa will seduce these nomads first...

Soon, Hebarn and Medusa, disguised as two beautiful young maidens entered the town... The village Elder Greeted them...

Elder: Welcome to our town!
Hebarn: Thank you...
Medusa: Where can we stay here?
Elder: Stay in our inn! you can rest during the night!
Medusa: Ok then... thank you...

Soon, the whole town celebrated because it was the first time visitors arrived... But they are not aware the carnage that will happen next...

Elder: You know... This is the first time we had visitors in our town!!
Hebarn: And It will be you last! Now, my minions, ATTACK!

And at a blink of an eye, joy turned into fear when all of Hebarn's Minions attacked the town, sparing no one and corrupting everything in sight, man or monster alike... When the sun shined, the town was in ruins, and much of the townsfolk became plagued with the Devil Pest... Most of them deied and their souls still lying around the place, some became monsters... Hebarn, Hector, Medusa and their minions then started a feast of blood and fire!

Hebarn: victory is ours! We must sacrifice blood and feast for darkness has once again triumphed!
Hector: Yes! Today, this desert, Tomorrow the world!
Medusa: For the dark Goddess!!!!
Hebarn: Arua, prepare yourself! This realm will be filled with darkness soon! I hope your new friends can help you now! hahahahaha!!!!!!

And so, Hebarn and her forces left, leaving a corrupted land that is now known as "the Desert of the Dead"....

Chapter 10: Eriol and Namiele

Eriol is still in the infirmary, recovering from a long a tedious trip through the portal... Namiele and Sugar are just outside, but Namiele was quite suspecious from the beginning....

Sugar: (Eats waffles) yummy, yummy! Hey Namiele, what's wrong?
Namiele: I don't know... I don't trust that guy....
Sugar: How come? I don't sense anything strange about him...
Namiele: I know.. But I get a strange feeling.... that I knew him somewhere before...
Sugar: Maybe you've met him before you entered the portal?
Namiele: Perhaps... Oh, The Goddess Arua is arriving!

Arua and Ska arrived... They visited Eriol, who is just about to wake up...

Arua: Are you alright now?
Eriol: Yeah.. I'm fine...
Ska: Tell us: Who are you?
Eriol: I am.. Eriol... That's all I can remember....
Arua: That's because you traveled through the portal and it made you lose all your past memories...
Eriol: Then why am I summoned here?
Arua: you have an important mission here, but I'll explain it to you once the other 2 visitors arrive...
Eriol: Well, I hope this quest is of great importance...
Ska: It's a great deed, indeed.... But for now let's start training...
Eriol: For what?
Ska: I sense you have a strong magical aura surrounding you... Mind if you like to learn magic?
Eriol: Sure....
Ska: Then follow me....
Arua: Call Namiele and Sugar as well...
Sugar: Don't worry, we'll follow them!

And so, Sugar, Namiele, Ska and Eriol went into the fields to practice magic... However, Namiele and sugar notices that Eriol hates the offensive spells...

Namiele: Lady Ska, haven't you noticed that Eriol is having a hard time with the offensive spells?
Sugar: Yeah.. I think it's not his preferred spell type...
Ska: Yeah... Maybe we'll need to revise the spells for him... I'll be right back...

Soon, Namiele saw Eriol readin part of Luna's Journal that covers support magic...

Eriol: I see.. This is how to buff a person...
Namiele: What are you doing?
Eriol: Reading, of course...
Namiele: Supportive spells?
Eriol: Yeah.. Watch...

Soon, Eriol first attempted to cast a buff, and he was successful... It was a speed buff...

Namiele: Now I understand why you hate using offensive spells...
Eriol: I'm not what you think I am, Namiele...
Namiele: What do you mean?
Eriol: I know you're really suspicious of me.. Because of my strong magical powers... But please, let's work together for once, I know our combined magics can be strong enough to overcome any obstacle...
Namiele: Alright then... Let's go!

And so, Eriol and Namiele started fighting jellybeans using their spells, Namiele in offense and Eriol in support... When Ska and Sugar saw this, they are amazed...

Sugar: Wow... It's really great to see you guys working to gether...
Ska: And Eriol is more fitting for support magic....
Eriol: I guess you're right...
Namiele: Yeah.. He's more on support.... and He'll be a great asset to our party...
Ska: Yeah... Well, that's enough for now... tomorrow is another day!
Eriol: Yeah.. Let's have some rest...
All: Right!

Soon, they all returned to rest.. Knowing that tomorrow is another day.. But as all this was happening, Hebarn and her minions are furious with the events on Junon....
