Chapter 19: The Devil Pest (Part 1)
The planet of Eldeon was filled with many jungle tribes, some of which have the best warriors and their bravery is unmatched. One of these tribes is the Sikuku tribe, the largest of the tribes. Their leader was the famed Turak, greatest of the Sikuku warriors. One day, he and some of his tribesmen have gone to the Shady Jungle, hunting for food and the sharp pincer claws of the hooks and pincers that they use as weapons.
Sikuku Captain: Are you sure there are a lot of hooks and pincers here?
Turak: Yes. I've been here before and there are many pincers here. I'm sure we can handle them.
Sikuku Guard: Yes.. But I've heard they're strong and powerful! I hope we can be able to-
Sikuku Captain: Look out! They're attacking!
Soon, a group of pincers and Hooks attack the group, but as always, Turak loves to take them all by himself.
Turak: Ha! You guys handle the smaller fry, I'll handle these big beasts! DIE!!!!
Sikuku Guard: Hehe... Turak is always a good fighter..
Sikuku Captain: Yes.. He's a great leader as well! He is wise and ever resourceful!
Sikuku Guard: Yeah... I admit, he's one of the best leaders we have so far- Wait, what was that?
Soon, a dark shadow was revolving around the party. It was moving so fast that they can't attack him with their deadly accuracy... Soon more dark figures appeared... Then, a woman with snakes in her head suddenly appeared...
Medusa: Foolish mortals! It is useless to fight! Surrender now or feel the wrath of the dark goddess!
Sikuku Guard: Who are you to challenge us, stranger? You cannot beat us!
Medusa: Oh really now, then let's see how you like it when you become stone! HA!
Soon, with one stare, she made the guard into a statue. Most of the Sikuku tribesmen are stunned. Soon, she turned her attention to the chief.
Medusa: Now you see what happens to those who don't respect us! Now surrender now or die!
Turak: Over my dead body you (censored)! CHARGE!!!!!
Soon the warriors attacked Medusa and her Minions, but even the bravest of warriors are not strong enough to face the mighty wrath of the dark minions she have. Soon, only turak and some of his elite guard are left standing, but are badly wounded.
Medusa: Fool! You're still able to stand while you've sustained much damage?
Turak: It'll take more than that beat us!
Medusa: Then, Eat this!
She soon throws a dart that contains some drops of the Devil Pest Venom and it hit Turak. At first it has no effect, but then...
Turak: Ha! It's ineffective! Now I shall beat you with my full- arrgh!!! Whats.. Happening.. To Me...?
Medusa: That's the effect of my Devil Pest! Everything you touch will now become corrupted by it and you too shall be corrupted by it! Soon, this planet will be a dark paradise for the dark lady!
Turak: Curse you... Run now my warriors before I- arrrgh!
Sikuku Captain: No!
Medusa: It's now starting to take effect!
Soon, turak was now fully corrupted and his soul is lost forever in the dark river of spirits. His body has now become a mindless underling under Hebarn's control and soon he has started to destroy everything in his path, even some of his tribesmen.
Sikuku Captain: This is bad... I must go back and tell Vice Chief Namiel Char about this!
He ran away, but Turak followed him quickly, while the corrupted Sikuku tribesmen has now spread out into the forst, corrupting everything in it's path. When Hector saw this, he was amazed.
Hector: hmmm.. Amazing.. That poison of your is effective.
Medusa: I've underestimated it's effects, not only does it corrupt the person and allows him to corrupt others, but each time he corrupts an object or a person, he becomes stronger..
Hector: Yes.. Mabye it's because of the fact that every person who is corrupted by the Devil pest will lose his lose to the dark side?
Medusa: Perhaps... But for now, let us rejoice! The tides of darkness will now ravage the lands of Eldeon! Hebarn will be pleased!
Hector: Indeed. Let's go back to the dark realm. Hebarn wants good news after all.
Medusa: Yes... And with this Devil Pest, the entire realm will belong to the dark lady!!! Hahahahaha!!!!
And So they left back to the dark planet... Not knowing that the forest itself has eyes and ears everywhere...
