Chapter 21: The Devil Pest (Part 3)
Arua, Junon and Eldeon are en route to the Forest of Wandering where Hebarn and the dark minions are waiting for them to arrive. But then, Arua remembers what happened to Luna during the battle at the Sea of Dawn.
Arua: I feel... As if something's wrong..
Junon: How come?
Arua: We all know what happened to Luna right? What if...
Eldeon: Don't worry, I have set up a trap of my own in the forest... The Minions or Hebarn herself wont realize it, and we'll use it in case any of us will fall.
Junon: I hope it will work Eldeon...
Eldeon: I hope so... Otherwise... It'll be the end of us all...
Meanwhile at the jungle planet, Turak continues his rampage as more Sikuku Warrior fell prey to the corrupted warriors and they themseves have become evil. Soon, Hebarn had started gathering the corrupted Sikukus in an attempt to copy what happened at the Sea of Dawn.
Hector: My lady... Most of the corrupted Sikukus as well as some of the Dark Shamanists we had from Luna have arrived... All we need now is Medusa and her stone golems and everything is set!
Hebarn: Excellent. We will need all the troops we need to destroy these Gods.
Hector: But, aren't the Gods supposed to be weaker by now?
Hebarn: Yes... But Take note that they are 3, not 1 like what happened to that fool, Luna.
Hector: Their combined powers would be strong enough to destroy our minions.
Hebarn: Yes... But Still, our efforts will be enough to seal the 3 Gods and spread our darkness across the realm!
Hector: And This realm will be yours, milady.
Hebarn: Yes... But for now we must wait...
Hector: Wait, my mistress! Medusa has arrived!
Soon, Medusa arrived with her stone golems and started gathering all the minions.
Medusa: I have arrived and it seems the Army is now assembled.
Hebarn: Yes. The time is indeed upon us! today we shall destroy the Gods of the light and bring an end to their reign, and together we shall build our dark empire!
Arua: not on my watch you (censored)!
Soon, Arua, Junon and Eldeon attacked the army and in a single sweep, wiped out some of the troops.
Junon: Seems our battle is much easier than expected...
Eldeon: Don't be so sure! Since they have the devil pest inside them, they might become stronger at anytime!
Hector: At least now you know the dark truth about the venom, now feel it's wrath!
soon, the Monsters became increasingly stronger and it became more difficult for the Gods to fight back.. Soon, they started loszing energy and Hebarn seized the opportunity.
Hebarn: Ha! You will soon meet your friend Luna in the Afterlife!
Arua: We will not give up on you!
Junon: Even if we fall, Our followers will still fight against you!
Hebarn: Face it! You've lost! Soon, the Devil Pest will spread across the universe, corrupting every inch of it! soon, this realm will be mine! And now, feel the pain that Luna has felt!
Eldeon: Not this time (censored)! NOW!
Soon, wisps appeard all throughout the forest, crawling across the trees and started exploding on nearby monsters... the result was a chain reaction... Much of the forest was damage, but in turn, most of the Minions are destroyed... Also, Hebarn, Hecotr and Medusa was greatly injured by the blast dealt by the wisps... When the dust settle, the Gods stood up and apporached the weakened villains.
Eldeon: You fell on your own medicine.
Hector: you...
Eldeon: Can't accept defeat eh?
Medusa: But you failed to stop it.
Junon: What?
Hebarn: You think this is it? It's just the beginning. you see, my minions have started spreading the Devil Pest all throughout the Universe! It'll only be a matter of time until this realm becomes mine!
Arua: You (censored)!
Hebarn: Hahahaha! You shall soon Learn the true meaning of pain!
And with that, the 3 figures dissappeared and the remaining minions retreating back into the forest... Now that Arua realized that the Devil pest has started to spread across the universe... She felt an intense pain in herself..
Arua: We've... Failed....
Junon: Not yet. there is still hope.
Eldeon: Indeed. For I saw in the realm of Junon a portal, that connects this realm from others. I believe that the portal is our key to salvation.
Junon: All we need to do now, is to take advantage of it.
Arua: Yes... And I hope that the beings who will come out of that portal will truly help us in fighting Hebarn and her Evil army.
And so, they left Eldeon, and en route to Junon, hoping that the portal will be the key in defeating Hebarn...
